Who we are. Rare Training and Consultancy Limited is a company registered in England and Wales with company number 09365602 with its registered office at Haines Watts, Stirling House, 71 Francis Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B16 8SP, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”). We have developed a digital platform known as The Nod which allows our clients to conduct market research fast (“The Nod”, “The Nod service”). The Nod is available on our website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our site.

We may update and change our site from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services and our business priorities.
Where our site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. Such links should not be interpreted as approval by us of those linked websites or information you may obtain from them. We have no control over the content of those sites or resources and any user-generated content is not approved by us.
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. Our site must not be framed on any other site. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice.

The "The Nod" and "Rare" names and logos are our trade marks and you are not permitted to use them without our prior written approval.
We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: use of, or inability to use, our site; or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.
The Nod service
Use of The Nod service is governed by our Client Terms and Conditions www.thenod.co/terms, supplemented by the Study Order agreed between Rare and each Client (the Study Order being the summary of the Client's order as set out on the "Review Your Study" page of the order journey and including the expected completion time and fees).
Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?
The agreement between us and you relating to your access to and use of the website is subject to English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
